i haven't posted an update in a while because i've been sick. nothing puts a damper on your libido like the flu. anyway, i'm still not 100%, but i'm feeling a little better than i have been, so i thought i would post a little something.

jodie and i had every intention of following the suggestion i put forward in my last post, but mother nature had other plans. we were all set to bike on out to rock creek park, find a secluded spot and turn each other on. then we heard the drops of rain hitting the air conditioner, and decided that reading steamy erotic passages is difficult when the pages are soaking wet. instead we had our picnic inside. we sipped wine, nibbled on cheese, flipped thru naughty books and read each other the dirtiest passages we could find.

one that was especially effective in getting us hot and bothered involved a pair of young couples who slip a blue movie into the vcr and settle down on the couch to watch it together. to everyone's surprise, what they thought was a commercial porn movie turns out to be a home movie of one of the couples having sex. dismayed, they jump up to turn it off, but their friends ask them to leave it running. naturally, they all end up getting very hot, and before you know it, they're romping around on the bed with each other.

pretty standard stuff, i know. but it get jodie and i to talking about two things we haven't tried with each other yet. one is making a home movie of our own. we just haven't gotten around to filming ourselves yet. the other is having sex with another couple. we've had threesomes before, with mixed results, but we've never actually played mix-and-match with another man and woman. considering how raspy jodie's voice became as she read me the story, these are fantasies we should live out as soon as the opportunities present themselves.

all this talk about closeups and angles prompted me to ask how we could manage all this artsy cinematography, if it was just the two of us. which is how we returned to the other fantasy from the story, which was the notion of having sex with another couple. we both agreed that it would be really hot for each pair of lovers to take turns filming each other making love. we even started suggesting names of couples who we would like to do this with. personally, i would love to watch our friends john and kayla, both attractive, well-built people, getting naked and sweaty with one another, and with us. for her part, jodie had trouble catching her breath when she talked about how she would like to see how maryann and tony would get each other off. she got particularly excited when she talked about how hot it would be to see maryann face down on the bed, her rear high in the air and that mass of curly brown hair falling around her face, while her husband plunged into her again and again and i stood behind him, rubbing his back...

the scenes jodie described got us so hot that we wore ourselves out before we could get to any other fantasies. oh, well - gives us something to look forward to.
